Video Counselling during the COVID 19 Pandemic

Picture
The research supports that counselling on-line is as effective as counselling in person. While I am not giving up my physical office, I am currently working remotely in order to support social distancing so that we can collectively flatten the curve.
I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work that is achievable on-line--human connection transcends the medium. We are social creatures and, as we physically isolate, therapy is as relevant as ever. We need to maintain connection while containing the COVID 19 virus.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions how on-line counselling can be helpful to you.
